Algerian, Tunisian Presidents Hold Telephone Talks

President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune spoke by telephone on Sunday with Tunisian President Kais Saied, according to a statement issued by the Directorate-General of Communication at the Presidency of the Republic.

The two presidents reviewed the state of Algeria–Tunisia bilateral relations and discussed ways of further developing cooperation between the two countries across areas of common interest.

The telephone conversation reflects the continued high-level coordination between Algiers and Tunis and the importance both sides attach to strengthening bilateral ties and advancing cooperation between the two neighbouring countries.
