Libya’s NOC Reviews Service Company Performance to Enhance Oil Operations


National Oil Corporation (NOC) Chairman Massoud Suleiman met with representatives of Amco, Al-Nisr, and Al-Qar Al-Dhahabi to assess the performance of service companies supporting Libya’s oil sector and review the services provided to the NOC and its subsidiaries.

The discussions focused on improving operational efficiency, enhancing service quality, and resolving challenges that could affect project delivery in support of the corporation’s operational goals.

Suleiman emphasized the need to comply with quality and safety standards and meet agreed timelines, reaffirming the NOC’s commitment to expanding partnerships with qualified national companies to strengthen the oil and gas sector and ensure sustainable operations.
