Libya & Turkey Agree to Cooperate in Organizing Exhibitions, Economic Forums

Emaar Libya Exhibitions and Conferences Company signed Saturday a cooperation agreement with the Anatolian Businessmen's Association in Benghazi, following the Turkish side's growing interest in entering into joint projects in Libya, particularly in the light and medium industries.

Fouad Al-Awam, CEO of Emaar Exhibitions and Conferences, explained to the Libyan News Agency that the agreement will contribute to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Libya and Turkey in organizing and promoting joint economic events between the two countries.

Al-Awam noted that the signing of the agreement was the culmination of a bilateral meeting that witnessed a strong consensus between the two sides on enhancing joint economic cooperation.

He pointed out that this will contribute to expanding communication channels between business people and entrepreneurs in both countries, enhancing investment opportunities, connecting markets, and building sustainable economic partnerships.
