Qatar's Energy Minister Warns EU Law Could Deter Business in Europe

Qatar's energy minister said on Thursday that he would not be able to justify conducting business in Europe unless changes were made to the European Union's due diligence law on forced labour and environmental damage, which includes significant fines for energy firms not complying with global climate agreements.
