GHV Infra Nets EPC Contract for Major RAK Project

GHV Infra Projects Limited, India has announced that it has received a Letter of Award from an UAE group to provide engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for a smart manufacturing hub its key project in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (Rakez).

The contract worth Rs26.4 billion (~US$307 million) has been awarded by UAE-based Rana Exim FZ-LLC.

As per the deal, GHV Infra Projects will develop the Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub, consisting of industrial and commercial Buildings at Rakez.

"With this order, the total order book of the company has risen to over Rs70 billion (~US$814 million) and shall continue to strive few more selective project options in near term," said GHV Group Chairman Jahid Vijapura.

The entire project is set to be completed within a two-year period excluding 90 days of initial setup and mobilisation period, he added.
