Algeria's Sonatrach to Conduct Industrial Incident Safety Exercise

Sonatrach announced that it will be conducting a simulation exercise of an industrial incident. This has been organized to take place December 22 at the Algiers Refinery (RA1G). This simulation exercise is part of the annual program of the Central Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Department of the Sonatrach Group.

Participating in this exercise, the civil protection services, the national gendarmerie and the hospital services of the Zemirli CHU, adjoining the refinery. The Algiers refinery is located in Sidi Arcine, municipality of Baraki, Alger. Sonatrach apologized to citizens living near the Refinery for any inconvenience caused by this simulation exercise.
