Iranian Petchem Co. Registers 4-Fold Increase in Land Exports

The managing director of the Bu Ali Sina Petrochemical Company announced a fourfold rise in the land exports of his complex in the previous Iranian calendar year of 1399 (2020-21).

Mohammad Ahmadzadeh at the annual general assembly of Bu Ali Sina Petrochemical Company on Monday said, “Sales of the complex's items increased by 25% last year, of which 5% was due to the increase in production and 20% was due to the sale of products of the preceding year; the company did not have any unsold items in 1399.”

He pointed out that the company's profits tripled in 1399 compared to 1398 (March 2019-20), adding: "The company's land exports also quadrupled last year, and since land exports have lower logistics cost, the company's revenue has increased."

The managing director of the Bu Ali Sina Petrochemical Company underlined benzene as one of the profitable products for the company, and said production of this item also increased last year in this company. - Shana
