Russia and Bahrain Oil Cooperation

Oil and Gas Affairs Minister and National Oil and Gas Authority (NOGA) chairman, Abdulhussain bin Ali Mirza received Russian Gazprom Chief Executive Officer, Boris Ivanov who is now visiting Manama. During their meeting, they discussed key issues relating to oil, gas and investments in the energy sector. Mirza also outlined NOGA planned projects, hence the need for natural gas. Mirza pointed out the possibility of profiting from Gazprom great expertise in this field. For his part, Gazprom Chief Executive Officer Boris Ivanov expressed his complete readiness to cooperate with the NOGO and work together to exchange expertise between the two sides for joint interest. –QNA
