New Income Taxes Law in Yemen

Yemen has issued the Law No. (17) For 2010 on 29 August 2010 over income taxes. The law includes 171 articles distributed on three main chapters illustrating the judicial rulings, procedural provisions and transitional and general provisions. The law should be effective on 31 December 2010. –Saba News
