Libya Plans to Increase Oil Output

Shukry al-Ghanem, Petroleum Minister of Libya, has uncovered his country's plans to increase its production of crude to 2.9 million bpd by the year 2015, adding that the country is going to invest over US$6 billion on exploration and development to reach the set goals.
