Aref Energy Makes Profit in Kuwait

Aref Energy Holding KSCC, part of Kuwaiti investment firm Aref Investment Group, made a US$60 million profit from the sale of 95% of its stake in a natural-gas joint venture in Dewitt County, Texas. The stake was sold for US$117.5 million, Aref Energy said in a statement to the Kuwait Stock Exchange.- Bloomberg
