EPETCO's to Construct Fibre Glass Plant in Saudi

The Saudi Industrial Development Fund has agreed to offer a US$53.3 million to the Eastern Petrochemicals Company (EPETCO) for the construction of a fiber glass production facility in a bid to re-enforce small businesses in the country. According to EPETCO's CEO, Dr. Faisal al-Suqeir, they are amidst plans to construct the largest fiber glass manufacturing facility in the middle east with a capacity of 60,000 tons/y with future plans to increase that capacity to 120,000 tons/y.- Al-Watan
