BP Relinquishs Stake in UAE LPG Project

BP relinquished its share in an LPG project in Sharjah, after 25 years of participation, following an agreement with its partners. The company's 2009 annual report stated BP owned 25% of the project before the end of its agreement with the government of Sharjah on 22 March 2009. BP kept its role as an operator of the facilities on the basis of agreed fees. –Argaam
