Egypt Delays Ruling on France Telecom Mobinil Bid

An Egyptian court postponed a final ruling on a verdict that prevents France Telecom SA from gaining full control of the Egyptian Co. for Mobile Services, the country’s biggest mobile-phone company by subscribers. The ruling, which had been due on 7 March, will be put back until 27 March 2010, Judge Hamdi Yassin, the presiding judge in the case, said in a Cairo court. - Bloomberg
