Aramco Negotiates Funds for Jubail Refinery

A report issued by Saudi Aramco said that the company is currently negotiating with several local banks for partial financing of its refining facility set to be constructed in Jubail. The joint venture wit Total is expected to cost US$8.3 billion until completion. The required financing documents were filed last February and a completion date will be set as soon as a financing deal is signed. - Al-Madina
