Algerian, German Entrepreneurs Seek Partnership

A meeting brought together on 28 February 2010 about 20 Algerian business owners with their German counterparts, on a visit to Algeria seeking local partners.

Led by Minister for Economy, Labor, and Transports of Lower Saxony (northern Germany) Jorg Bode, the German delegation comprises heads of enterprises operating in the sectors of maritime transport, ship building, logistics and Aeolian construction.

In his address at the meeting, Bode pointed out that the visit aims at "developing long-term partnerships with Algerian firms and contributing to the transfer of German know-how to Algeria, particularly through training." - APS
