Sonatrach to Reconsider Longterm Gas Contracts


Abdul Hafeez Faghouly, Sonatrach General Manager, said that his company is currently reconsidering its long term gas contract commitments to its buyers and discussing the potential of turning them into short term contracts. This is said to prove beneficial to the Algerian Company on the long run, he stated adding that Sonatrach is one of the most transparent companies in the region and that its currently considering the change with no commitments at the moment. - El Khabar
