Algeria Seeks Industrial Partnership with Czech


Algeria seeks to develop an industrial partnership with the Czech Republic for the transfer of technology and know-how, the Industry and Investment Promotion of Algeria, Minister Hamid Temmar, said.

"We are interested in the transfer of the Czech technology, know-how and experience in the fields of mechanics, petrochemistry, medicines, and food-processing," Temmar said at an Algerian-Czech economic forum held in Algiers. The Czech delegation comprises Industry and Trade Minister Vladimir Tosovsky, Agriculture Minister Jakub Sebesta, and the vice-ministers of Industry and Trade Milan Hovorka, of Agriculture Stanislav Kozak, of Foreign Affairs Hynek Kmonicek, and of Defence Jan Fulik, as well as representatives of 21 terprises. - APS
