Sonatrach to Invest in Cement Factory

Algerian Minister for Energy and Mines Chakib khelil has announced that Sonatrach has completed the studies and tender documentation necessary for the cement factory scheduled for construction in Gheelzan, Sonatrach is said to partner up with a foreign investor for the project which is said to have a cost of US$250 million. Companies from Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, and china have expressed interest in the project so far. – Al Fadjr
