Iran: CNG Stations to Increase


The Deputy Managing Director of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), Mostafa Kashkouli, said regarding the process for implementation of CNG projects that by the end of 1386 (March2007-2008), there were 392 CNG stations in Iran, and currently, construction of 666 more stations is underway… there are 852 additional stations being built and with construction and start of operation of new stations, the number of single and dual-purpose CNG stations in Iran will reach 1,918.” – Shana
