Abadan Oil Refinery Optimization Phase 3 Project Manager, Reza Mehraban, said “Once this project is inaugurated the refinery will produce some 57,000 bpd of gasoline with a 93 octane number… operations for construction of all units of the project’s third phase will be complete by March 2010… only the sulfur production unit will be complete in 2011.” – Iran
