Trade delegations from Syria, Oman and Iraq will visit Iran in the near future, said the head of Ahvaz Chamber of Commerce on Sunday. Visits of the trade delegations are scheduled for getting more acquainted with the production and economic capacities of our country, said Shahla Amouri, IRNA reported. “Efforts are underway to have ambassadors from countries that have plans to send delegations to our country to attend trade meetings with traders of Khuzestan Province,” she noted. With the cooperation between the traders of Khuzestan and other provinces, the chamber head said, the value chain of Iran’s export of products will be completed. Diversification of goods for export will eventually lead to the prosperity of Khuzestan Province, Amouri noted. So far, several trade agreements have been signed between Iranian traders and the visiting delegations, which are beneficial for the prosperity of the production of the country’s industrial units, she concluded. - Iran Daily
