Libya Sees Oil Output at 3 Million bpd by 2012

Libya expects oil production to reach 3 million bpd by 2012. Shokri Ghanem, the Libyan Oil Minister said that output would reach 2 million bpd in 2009. Libya was producing around 3.5 Bcm/d, Ghanem said, adding that this was expected to double by 2012 or 2013.- Al Nahar, Reuters
